How to achieve coloring like this

I cant find the original picture =\



Duplicate your base twice, set both to soft light
Add new layer, (#0E0A30), set to exclusion - 58% [Dark Blue]
Add new layer, (#F781CC), set to difference - 10% [Hot/Bright Pink]
Add border and your done!

Very simple! But the steps may differ depending on the quality and lighting of your picture.

The crop on the Edmund//Lucy cap is gorgeous; and i'm going to have to try out using the 'difference' blend mode since i've been fearing it up until now! Thankyou!

oh. I dont have a set =[ but all i did was take two shades of gray and outline it .. very simple =] then i used a real dark gray for the corners.. then added a dropshadow && your done.

sorry if thats confusing ..
